living life spontaneously one day at a time.

i think this is a motto to live by. last night my friend and i were just so spontaneous. it was awesome to be like that for once. Nothing from this night was planned. first we stopped at one of our favorite cafes for lattes. this red tea latte is amazing. ah so delicious. kinda want one now. haha, anyway, then we were just like “lets walk to the beach!” this is a perk of being in california. just being there at night is so nice. the cold sand between your toes, the waves rolling in, and the moon reflecting on the water was just so relaxing. It’s a good place to think and clear your head. Just as i thought we were going to head home, we ended up going to the santa monica pier! oh and in between going to the pier, we drove up and down the pacific coast highway, with the windows down and music blasting. it was great. While we were at the pier, we rode the ferris wheel. the view from above is amazing and the ocean is right there. Being on the ferris wheel made me feel like a little kid again. I loved that feeling. although i wished some other people were there to join us, it was such a great night with a great best friend. So live life spontaneously because you never know what exciting thing might be ahead of you.
